Thank you, Lord, for the furs and feathers,
for the scales, skins, and leathers.
Thank you for the vibrant blues and greens,
and the moss, the leaves that fill the scenes.

Thank you for the notes that create chords,
for the gentle breeze and the drifting clouds.
I’m thankful for how everything unites,
creating a stunning harmony that delights.

Thank you for the air and the water

Thank you for the earth and the fire.
Thank you for the wonder of photosynthesis,
for the enchantment of metamorphosis,
and the marvels of symbiosis.

I’m grateful, Lord, for the glimpse of hell.
Thank you for the truth that it tells.
Thanks for allowing me to witness it all,
and for showing me it’s not even red, after all.
