Do You Feel Like You’ve Been Here Before?

Letters from the Endless – Soul Reflections Series

That sense of “home.” And when you feel it again— you don’t question it. You simply know.

Sometimes, you meet someone
and your soul whispers:
“There you are.”
Not “Nice to meet you,”
but “I’ve missed you.”
Or you enter a place you’ve never been,
and your heart sighs,
“I remember this.”

Is it déjà vu?
Or something deeper?
A ripple from a life before this one?

When Familiarity Has No Logic

Some connections are too aligned, too immediate,
to be explained by chance.
You finish each other’s thoughts.
You grieve separations you’ve never had.

You share dreams… before sharing stories.
Science may call this coincidence.
But the soul doesn’t work in formulas.

It works in resonance.

The Theory of Soul Memory

Many spiritual traditions believe
that the soul carries memory —
not of facts, but of frequencies.

You may not remember faces or names,
but your being remembers how something felt.
That safety.
That heartbreak.

That sense of “home.”
And when you feel it again—
you don’t question it.
You simply know.

The Cycle of Return: Why We Come Back

If there is such a thing as a soul’s return,
perhaps it’s not punishment…
but purpose.

Maybe you come back
not because you failed,
but because love was unfinished.
Because a story wanted an ending.

Or because a promise was made
somewhere between lifetimes.
And maybe, this life is the one
where you remember.

Love That Survives Death

What if love doesn’t die with the body?
What if the soul carries its ache,
its devotion, its longing—
until it finds the other again?

Not always as lovers.
Sometimes as strangers.
Sometimes as teacher and student.
Or as brief encounters that set your life on fire.

Reunion doesn’t always look romantic.
But it always feels eternal.

Not Everyone You Meet Is New

Some people are companions from before.
You recognize them not by face —
but by frequency.

A certain look in their eyes.
A word that only you understand.
A silence that holds no awkwardness.
They may not stay long.

Some only come to remind you.
To awaken something.
But their arrival is never random.
They are echoes —
and sometimes,
they are the ones you promised to find again.

You are not just walking forward.
You are circling a center.
And in that spiral, you may pass familiar faces,
feel familiar love,
touch memories your mind can’t explain.
Don’t dismiss it.
You are not imagining.
You are remembering.
